HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
Visit https://esasummit.zerista.com/ and click on the text ‘Log In’ at the top right-hand corner. Follow the prompts to enter the email address and password that you registered with. If you have not set up your profile, you’ll be asked to click ‘Send Link’ to verify your email address and begin the activation process for your account. If you are still having trouble locating the email invitation, please contact Kyndal.Cox@ESAweb.org or text/call 972.807.6825.
WHAT IS THE TIME ZONE USED FOR ALL 1:1 MEETINGS THAT TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY OCT. 8-15?
All 1:1 meetings will take place in US Central Time.
HOW DO I VIEW RECORDED SESSIONS VIRTUALLY?
Login information will be available to attendees who have registered access. Once logged in, please visit the agenda page at https://esasummit.zerista.com/ and click on the session/event you have interest in. The details and link to view the sessions will be included for you there.
ATTENDEES: HOW DO I VIEW AND CONFIRM MY VIRTUAL 1:1 MEETINGS?
From desktop, click on 'My Schedule' at the top right-hand corner near your name to view all pending meeting requests. To accept/decline, click the Accept + Icon. To propose a new day/time, please either send a new meeting request to the attendee/sponsor or you can opt to send a message through the platform. To request a meeting, view the Attendees from the drop-down or the Sponsors page and click on the calendar icon to request a meeting.
SPONSORS: HOW DO I VIEW AND CONFIRM MY VIRTUAL 1:1 MEETINGS?
For the virtual portion of the event (Oct. 8-Oct 15), Sponsors will need to request meetings also be able to navigate to their company profile via their desktop and manage meeting requests this way as well.
From desktop, click on the drop-down menu next to your Name at the top right-hand corner and then click on your Company Name. From there, you can click on 'Meetings' to view all of your pending/accepted meetings at the Company level. You'll want to click on the Accept + Icon to confirm the meeting. CAN I ACCESS THE ON-DEMAND SESSIONS AND VIRTUAL 1:1 MEETINGS ON MY MOBILE DEVICE?
No, you will only be able to access the virtual sessions/meeting links by logging in on your Desktop. The preferred internet browser is Chrome.

Once logged in, click on ‘My Schedule’ at the top of your profile page and click ‘Join Virtual Meeting’ next to the meeting you would like to join.
SPONSORS: HOW DO I JOIN MY SCHEDULED 1:1 VIRTUAL MEETINGS?
Once logged in, click on the drop-down menu next to your name at the top of your profile page and then click on your company name. You’ll then want to click on ‘Meetings’ in the navigation bar to view all meetings at the company level. Simply click on ‘Join Virtual Meeting’ when you are ready to start your meeting.
CAN I ADD ANOTHER PERSON QUICKLY TO MY 1:1 MEETING ONCE THE MEETING HAS STARTED?
Yes, you can click ‘Add More People’ once you are in the Virtual Meeting Room and share via email.

CAN I ADD ANOTHER PERSON TO MY VIRTUAL 1:1 MEETING?
Yes, once you click into the meeting on your desktop, you can type in the name of the person you would like to add to the meeting where it says 'Invite another person.'
WHAT SESSIONS HAVE BEEN RECORDED AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIRTUAL PASS AND IN PERSON REGISTRANTS?
All sessions EXCEPT for the Open Mic Main Stage Session, Sponsored Tech Talks, and the EMP Forum will be recorded and available.
